If we haven't started work, you can request a full refund.
After delivery
Each package includes two revision rounds. If the delivery doesn't match the published scope after revisions, contact us and we'll refund.
Not refundable
Results-based refunds (rankings, downloads, approval) aren't offered, because those decisions belong to Apple and Google.
