What's included
- Diagnosis of the rejection: which guideline or policy, and the actual cause.
- A fix plan: exact code, metadata, screenshot or setting changes, in order.
- Code-level guidance for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) and cross-platform builds where relevant.
- The reply to App Review in Resolution Center, or the Google Play appeal text.
- A check of your other listing fields for the next most likely rejection.
Not included: guaranteed approval (Apple and Google decide), legal advice, full feature development.
Why it matters
A rejection blocks everything else: launches, updates, marketing. Many rejections repeat because the developer fixes the symptom the message names, not the cause. Common ones are Guideline 2.1 app completeness, 4.3 spam, 5.1.1 data collection, 3.1.1 in-app purchase and, on Android, Data safety and permissions. The full list is in the rejection hub.
What to send us
The full rejection message, your app link or build number, screenshots of anything the reviewer attached, and what you changed since the last submission. If it's Google Play, include the policy name and the email from Play Console.
How it works
- Buy the package. One-time payment, no subscription.
- Send a short brief. Your App Store and/or Google Play link, or, if you are not live yet, what the app does and who it is for.
- We deliver. Files and copy you can paste or upload yourself. We don't need access to your App Store Connect or Play Console account.
- Ship one change and measure it. Every delivery says what to ship first and which metric to watch.
- Revisions. Two revision rounds are included. Reply to the delivery with what you want changed.
Delivery: 1–2 business days after we receive your brief. Price: on request one-time. Two revision rounds included.
